This Privacy Policy, together with its subsequent amendments and additions ("Privacy Policy") and the General Terms and Conditions of the Site (www.ThaiAndSushiBar.bg), constitutes the basis on which the personal data you provide to us will be processed by us and by all our third-party partners with whom we have contractual relationships regarding the services we provide and the commercial activities we carry out.

COLLECTED AND PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

Data is used for customer service, order delivery, communication, and newsletters (with consent).

  1. For registered users: First name and last name, email, password (processed by Shopify), shipping address, phone, and banking information (processed by Stripe).

  2. For visitors: IP address, browser ID, search history, and cookies.

  3. Purposes: Fulfillment of sales contracts, efficient operation of the Site, market analyses, and statistical research for internal purposes of Thai And Sushi Bar.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Thai And Sushi Bar uses the Shopify platform to maintain its online store. Shopify processes data for order administration, fraud prevention, and service improvement. More information: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.

Online payments are processed through the Stripe platform. In this process, Stripe may collect information about the cardholder, card data, billing address, and transaction history for security and fraud prevention purposes. Details of their policy can be found at: https://stripe.com/privacy.

Data may also be provided to courier companies for delivery purposes. These third parties are not allowed to use the data for their own marketing purposes.

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT AND SECURITY

The user can withdraw their consent or request deletion of their account at any time by contacting us by phone or email. Thai And Sushi Bar implements the necessary technical security measures. Data is stored on Shopify's servers, and the user is responsible for protecting their password.

STORAGE PERIOD

Data is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship or until the expiration of legal and warranty periods. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized for statistical purposes, unless otherwise required by law.

FINAL PROVISIONS

This policy is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Thai And Sushi Bar. In case of disputes, the parties will strive for a voluntary agreement, and if this is not possible, the Bulgarian court will be competent.
