Terms and Conditions for Use of Thai And Sushi Bar
Welcome to our website! By using www.ThaiAndSushiBar.bg, you accept our rules. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and us for every purchase, so please read them carefully.
Who are we?
The website is owned by "VLAD 87" Ltd. (UIC: 207101071), with registered office in Sofia, Lyulin 10, bl. 145. We are responsible for processing your orders and providing the services described herein.
How to order?
You can shop with us conveniently – either as a "guest" or through a personal profile. If you choose to register, you will only need your first name, last name, email, and password. If you forget your password, our system will help you easily recover it.
The ordering process is standard: add your favorite dishes to the cart, specify a delivery address and contact details, choose a payment method, and confirm. After finalizing, you will receive an email confirmation, which means that the distance selling contract has been concluded. Please note that our products are for personal consumption and are not intended for resale.
Prices and Payments
All prices are in Euro (EUR). As we transition to the Euro, until June 30, 2026, you will also see informative prices in BGN (at the fixed exchange rate of BGN 1.95583).
We offer two convenient payment methods:
-
Upon delivery: In cash to the courier (after February 1, 2026 – only in Euro).
-
Online: With a bank card through the secure Stripe platform. Your data is protected by the highest security standards (PCI DSS).
Delivery and Pick-up
You can choose delivery to an address specified by you in Sofia for a fixed fee of €3.07 or pick up your food personally (Takeaway) from our establishment at 104 "Vasil Levski" Blvd.
Cookies and Personal Data
To ensure our website runs smoothly and offers you a better experience, we use "cookies." They help us process orders and provide us with visit statistics. Of course, you can always restrict cookies from your browser settings, but please note that this may hinder the use of the site.
Final Words
We reserve the right to update these terms as needed. If a dispute arises, we always prefer to resolve it through amicable dialogue. If this is not possible, the matter will be referred to the competent Bulgarian court.
